DELIVERY OF PHYSICAL GOODS
COLLECT4 uses Australia Post and/or other reputable couriers to deliver physical goods.
Deliveries are processed promptly upon receipt of full payment. Delivery may take between 1 and 14 days, depending on the delivery company and method chosen. COLLECT4 is to the extent permitted by law not responsible for goods that are either damaged in transit or not received. Damaged or lost orders should be resolved with Australia Post or the courier company directly. Replacement of damaged or lost items is to the extent permitted by law made at the discretion of COLLECT4.
RETURNS AND REFUNDS
COLLECT4 handles returns and processes refunds in accordance with the Australian Consumer Protection legislation. Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure. Unless required by law and/or unless a result of our error, COLLECT4 will not be responsible for any postage, delivery or shipping costs that are incurred as a result of returning or exchanging your order.
